Ephrem becomes famous for his latest video, which goes viral on the internet, in which he was seen with his mother on his graduation day, on the video footage taken at the main gate of Addis Ababa University, he was seen carrying a cooking wood/leaves on his back, which he remark that it symbolized his mom did for several years so as to send him to school and feed the family, and thanked her for all the sacrifices she did for him to become who he is now.
